Feature
  • Compliance with the requirement of NEMA 1000.
  • When the frequency increased, the AC resistance will rise due to skin effect and proximity effect. In this case, magnet-conducting enameled copper wire processes lower AC resistance than ordinary enameled wire.
  • Test at 200 kHz, the AC resistance of ring coil wound with magnet-conducting magnet wire could be lower 10~20%. If winding on inductance which uses in high frequency power supply, the AC resistance could be 6~10% lower at 115V/100kHz, the efficiency could increase for 0.59%.
  • Magnet-conducting enameled wire is easy to process as the ordinary enameled wire.
  •  The available size is 0.25 to 3.2mm.
